Full Data Loss & Backup Policy
Keanes Computer Services accepts no responsibility for the loss, corruption, or damage of any data stored on devices submitted for repair, service, inspection, or upgrade. Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to submitting their device.
While we may assist with data transfer or recovery where requested, data recovery is not guaranteed and may involve additional charges. Keanes Computer Services shall not be held liable for any loss of data, loss of business, loss of income, or any consequential damages arising from repair, handling, storage, software installation, hardware replacement, or diagnostic procedures.
By proceeding with service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
Full Device Collection Policy (60 Days)
Devices must be collected within 60 days of job completion notification. Notification may be provided by phone, text message, email, or other reasonable communication methods.
Devices not collected within 60 days may, at our discretion, be recycled, disposed of, or resold in order to recover storage and service costs. Keanes Computer Services accepts no responsibility for devices left beyond this period.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure contact details are correct and to arrange timely collection.
