E M1 August 2026I bought a second-hand phone cheap elsewhere. In hindsight, I should have gone to Keane's to purchase one. I knew the screen was slightly damaged when i purchased it, but it was working. However, during transit, the screen damage was worse than expected when it arrived. However, Nick had the parts ordered, and he had it fixed fairly promptly. His communication was excellent over the few days and kept me updated on the progress of the phone . He discussed any additional changes regarding the screen issues, as the make of the phone was an Ultra model. Therefore, it required a different screen. Which was an additional cost. The phone is like brand new now ! Keanes have a great range of phone's , laptops, tablets, etc and carry out repairs in a very timely manner. I have always found them to be very pleasant to deal with and very honest! I purchased a laptop here before and it's still going strong.Posted on Google

I had trouble opening a piece of Adobe software and they identified what the problem was and manually downloaded the necessary pre-required softwares for it to work.
